North of the border

Sorry I've not posted for a few days, the cottage we are staying at in the north west highlands of Scotland is in the middle of nowhere and has no mobile signal at all! I am posting this on my iPhone from a tea shop in Ullapool. Things are going well so far, even the weather has been better than expected. We have cooked for ourselves up till now but are eating out tonight and tomorrow. We have been walking every day and yesterday, on a beautiful walk in the Torridon area I clocked up 25,000 steps on my pedometer!
