Late lunch: 55g skinless salmon (120), mashed potato (64), Philadelphia Extra Light (18), Tesco cauliflower in sauce (51), gravy (3)
Tea: Weight Watchers ocean pie (205), Tesco tinned garden peas (50)
Supper: Tesco Healthy Living fromage frais (65)
Total calories for the day = 822
