Lunch: ½ Tesco vegetarian cottage pie (175)
Tea: 300ml low fat hot chocolate (40), one soft mint (10)
Supper: 75g skinless salmon (152), mashed butternut squash (54), mashed cauliflower (40), gravy (6)
Total calories for the day = 683
